Confidence Captured is a powerful workshop experience, designed to help thoughtful, ambitious women stop shrinking themselves in photos - and in life.
Whether you’ve been putting off that rebrand, hiding from family photos, or feeling like the camera just isn’t your friend… it's time to turn that around.
Led by professional therapist Abi Rogers, and award-winning photographer Betty Bhandari, this full day workshop in the beautiful city of Bath gently tackles the real reasons you’re not showing up - and shows you a whole new way to feel good and connect with true confidence in front of the camera.

Why showing up can feel so hard
What is it that lies behind our fear of being seen? We'll begin with a personalised, confidential assessment and group exploration to get to the bottom of what gets in your way.

A photographer's view
Well dive in to how low self-confidence shows up in the moment, how it tends to impact results... and why the perfect pose is not quite what it might seem!

The causes of low confidence
We'll explore a simple framework that will help you connect more deeply with what's behind your personal visibility fears - and understand how to identify and begin to shift the narratives that stand in the way of showing up with confidence.

Breaking the cycle
We'll look at what keeps the voice of the inner critic so strong - and how to gently and supportively quieten it, so you no longer have to fake feeling confident.

Putting it into practice
We'll run through a mini group shoot, to build insight and give you chance to practise "on the spot" tools and techniques to connect with more calm and ease.


And beyond...
We'll help your subconscious mind begin to reprogramme for a better experience, through supportive thought exercises, visualisation and resources that will help you keep building confidence long after the day has ended.

The Details:
What?
This is a 1-day group workshop, with light lunch included. We'll be facilitating interactive group chats in a cozy, safe environment, for a maximum of 8 participants.
The morning session will focus on understanding your personal experience, the subconscious patterns behind an overactive inner critic and the fear of visibility - and some gentle myth-busting and reality checks from behind the lens with Betty.
In the afternoon, we'll be putting it all into practice with some strategies to break they cycle of shame and fear - followed by a live group demo shoot to really bring it all to life, and some mindset work and visualisation to help create a more positive, confident future experience.
There'll be a 1 hour lunch break for networking, connection and time to process!
