How does it work?
Just like a gym membership, Mind PT works on a rolling monthly basis so you've always got access to the support you need.
We'll have regular 1:1 check ins for optimal performance and personal development, and there's support between sessions so you always have access to a quick boost or breakthrough if you need one!
Choose from monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly check-ins depending on your needs - with top-up sessions available as and when.

We Accept Access to Work Funding

If you're self-employed, employed or freelance and struggling with burnout, anxiety, workplace trauma, ADHD, or chronic stress - you may be eligible for government-funded support through the Access to Work scheme.
We offer therapy, executive functioning support, and mental fitness coaching under this scheme, helping clients improve their wellbeing and performance at work.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis, and you don’t need to go through your employer - just apply directly and name us as your chosen provider.
